@ ganesh achar b i installed it from media creation tool and there are no drivers right now available for windows 10 they are only for windows 8.1 and below can they run on windows 10. i had the same problem earlier and i installed the display driver when i got my windows 8.1 update and it worked.. Intel video drivers for windows 10 supporting intel hd 4000 are still not listed on lenovo's download and support site. you can change the display driver to "windows basic display adapter" from the device manager and then the brightness can be regulated.. After the last windows 10 update from 9th oct 2018, my lenovo t450s laptop is not capable anymore to adjust brightness. hotkeys not working not the slide bar for display brightness. i can slide up or down but the screen does not change brightness level..
